Jockeys Valeting Services

The Business is split into 3 entities:

 A)    Valeting Service
B)    Equipment Sales or Sourcing  Service
C)    Equipment repair service

  Valeting Service:

 To supply a service to all Jockeys on each race day to include if necessary, supply of boots, breeches and appropriate Saddles. 
 
To ensure that there equipment is fit for purpose throughout the day.

To prepare the jockey prior to each race in accordance with the stipulated weight.

Following the completion of racing, to clean and dry all gear and equipment and to have it ready and available for jockeys on the next day of racing.

Equipment Sales:

 Supply of new equipment to include seasonal riding apparel, safety equipment, and any such equipment that the jockey requires for racing or riding out purposes.

Valets are to ensure that they are abreast of the latest safety requirements and corresponding equipment needed to ensure jockeys comply fully with these recommendations and or requirements.

Where requested by jockeys to source out equipment not normally available in this country or thru normal supply channels.

To ensure a fair price for all equipment so as to enable the jockey to replace his equipment on a regular basis.

 
Equipment Repairs:

To provide a repair service for all equipment through in-house or third party vendors.

Advise Jockeys on required repairs in order to make sure there equipment is in a fully serviceable state and meets all safety requirements

To accept repairs within reason from Jockeys and to advise on the costs prior to repair.

 Where equipment is beyond economical repair to advise the Jockey on alternatives available.

 To follow up on any premature equipment failure and try to find a reasonable explanation as to why the item became unsuitable for use or damaged.
